I bought an S50 at the end of last year. I love the thing, but... It's hardly perfect. I would love the H100 news to do a story on:
1) What is involved in the process of updating the S50's software? There are several annoying glitches that could be made better. Is it a process that is ongoing, or based on customer demand? What features are they currently working on updating and when will that become available to subscribers?
2) why is it taking so long to redistribute the S50 home dock? How long do they take to make? It seems as though everyone wants one. Units that were available months ago are selling on ebay for 2X the price or more. Is Sirius aware of this?
I don't want to sound like I'm complaing. The Show and the periferral content is outstanding. However, I heard a caller today bring up some issues about the lack of negative calls relating to the Sirius' hardware that is available. I don't necessarily think Howard has to address these issues during the show, but they seem relavent enough to attract the attention of the H100 News. It seems as though a majority of the H100 news stories are related to the shows content. Having the News do a couple of stories on some of these technical issues would be interesting to me, and others to be sure.
