I wish Bubba would spend at least half the amount of time he spends on NASCAR on the NFL and the Packers. Bubba clearly loves Brett Favre, but is still stuck in the past about the Packers not giving Holmgren what he wanted before he left to Seattle.

1. The Packers will not finish below .500 this year. Last year was a fluke year and was the first time they had a losing record since Favre has been there.

2. New coach Mike McCarthy has already made some great hires and should turn around the team and get them back to running the football.

3. Bubba talks about the defense being horrible and that the Packers should've paid McKenzie instead of Al Harris. With Al Harris being the only good player in the secondary the Packers still finished with the #1 pass defense in the NFL and the 7th overall defense in yards allowed. McKenzie has a few picks, but other than that he hasn't done much for the Saints. Al Harris has been way more productive and has been on the field a lot more than McKenzie.

4. The Packers likely will draft DE Mario Williams which many scouts believe is the best defensive player in the draft. A lot of scouts also agree that he will be an immediate impact player. Even if somebody drafted Mario Williams before the 5th pick, LB A.J. Hawk will be available and will also be an immediate impact player.

***Bubba the Packers can be competitive this year especially if Javon Walker is ready by Week 1. Steve Smith came back after a season ending injury 2 years ago and I expect Javon to do the same thing.******

Now haters, go ahead and hate.

Its March...who the hell wants to hear about football right now?

With NFL Network, the combine, the draft, free agency, the collective bargaining agreement, training camp.........the NFL is a year-round sport.

So go to the NFL Network or ESPN radio and hear them talk about it...what I was saying was, the average listener doesn't want to hear about a sport that isn't in season right now.

Yea but the average listener doesn't want to hear about two sports that are on right now........NASCAR and Wrestling.

Bubba commented on this thread like I hoped. Except I don't think he realized that I created this thread because I'm a huge Packers Mark and I love the GO PACK GO!

Pack signed Ryan Pickett who led the league in tackles last year for a defensive lineman. Aaron Kampman was #2 in the league last year and we just resigned him. We also resigned Kevin Barry for the O line.

Vinatieri should be next.

Packers suck

If they suck so bad how come your Vikings are trying to raid all our players?

Brett Favre back in 06 Bitches!

Our secondary finished #1 overall last year in yards allowed and we should be able to remain #1 in that category after we added Woodson.

Watch out for the Pack Baby!

6-10 if they are lucky. Brett throwa 20+ picks again. He is embaressing himself and holding the packers back at this point.

What's embarrassing about 12 winning seasons out of 14. Did you not see how horrible the O Line played last year. Our offense will be much improved over last year with our new staff.

Brett will not have over 20 INT's. Mark my words.

But he will maintain his streak of 14 seasons with over 3000 yards passing.
