i dont think that you can put them away so quickly, after all the are playing without the heart and soul of their team (spree) and remember they do play in the horrendous eastern conference

Yeah-but they had Spree last year-plus Camby (sort of) and look what they did. This year they traded Camby-an injury prone player for a guy who is even MORE injury prone and is already out for the season. So, while the Knicks up the price of their tickets, they manage to save money by getting some money back from the league.
And I wouldn't count on Sprewell being there very long-they seem to be eager to dump him. And to be honest-I hope they do. I am a HUGE Sprewell fan, but I don't want to see him be the #2 guy behind the likes of Houston, and I certainly don't need Latrell giving me a reason to watch any game this season.
I'd like to have the 94 lineup back (minus the awful Charles Smith) just because they at least had men on the team. Plus I never once heard about how importand 'Jesus' was to the team back then.
