Who the fuck can see them as they go by at 180mph If you watch long enough you can pick them all out at 180 mph. They use the small ones for all the bullshit they get for free, that everyone gets. Then I remembered that's Sorenson. Must be the number 41. What's the over/under for blown tires today? jlohlinger 03-12-2006, 04:07 PM Should be 2 car max per team I would be willing to go with 3. That way you can have 2 bread and butter drivers, and 1 up and comer. ReS 03-12-2006, 04:34 PM Smoke best win .......... I placed a 250.00 bet at 4 to 1 on him to win at the Hard Rock Hotel Casino.. There is no excuse for holding him up and keeping him from winning the race. No penalty, go figure. :D ReS 03-12-2006, 04:47 PM hehe smoke smoked mark on the restart :) jlohlinger 03-12-2006, 04:49 PM I have a feeling if Kyle or Kurt Busch, Kevin Harvick, or Matt Kenseth would have hit the cone they would have at the very least received a drive thru penalty. jlohlinger 03-12-2006, 04:51 PM I can't wait until they put the banking on this track, I hate this spread out bullshit. At least Bristol and Martinsville are coming up. ReS 03-12-2006, 05:01 PM They are redoing the whole infield also. Extending pit road approximately 100-150' farther into the grass infield. I can see smoke's pit crew is going to fuck me :S jlohlinger 03-12-2006, 05:03 PM They are redoing the whole infield also. Extending pit road approximately 100-150' farther into the grass infield. You're the only one who's killing me this week in fantasy racing. jlohlinger 03-12-2006, 05:53 PM Well that's just fucking great, now he's overheating. jlohlinger 03-12-2006, 06:22 PM After watching these races on Fox, I think we should petition NASCAR to keep the races off NBC at the end of the season. ReS 03-12-2006, 06:34 PM Dam smoke grazed the wall and is falling back :p jlohlinger 03-12-2006, 06:37 PM Damn, I wonder if Denny Hamlin got word Tony's tire was going down? VikingDanForman 03-12-2006, 06:46 PM Another shitty race DC5 03-12-2006, 06:53 PM I thought this thread would be about F1. ;) Who is leading? I have not been able to get into NASCAR this year for some reason. jlohlinger 03-12-2006, 07:06 PM Short tracks are coming, the only worth while racing today was during the green/white/checkered. Thanks France family. The Techno Bat 03-14-2006, 09:20 AM I am a long time Hockey Fan, and never thought Nascar was that great, never watched it, didn't care for it, and then there was the Hockey Lockout, and I needed to find a sport through the winter, so I saw this special on Nascar and found it intriging, so with the Washington Redskins being my favorite football team I choose Joe Gibbs racing as the team to watch, and slowly realized that Tony Stewart was the only guy to watch, and well I am hooked! Stewart is the man, and with J.J. Yeley and Denny Hamlin on his team now, I think Joe Gibbs racing is going places.... What do you all think about Jeff Hammond's comment about Nextel Race Cup drivers only allowed to race in a certain number of Busch races each year? jlohlinger 03-14-2006, 05:53 PM What do you all think about Jeff Hammond's comment about Nextel Race Cup drivers only allowed to race in a certain number of Busch races each year? I think they should limit the number of races a Nextel driver can run to 5. With no Nextel drivers being allowed to run in the restrictor plate races. The Nextel guys are constantly bitching about the young guns not knowing how to drive at Daytona and Talladega. Then they go Buschwhacking, fill half the field, and none of the upstarts get a chance at running at these tracks. Busch should be for development, not wallet padding. cbrad00 03-14-2006, 06:27 PM I think they should limit the number of races a Nextel driver can run to 5. Good call! jlohlinger 03-14-2006, 06:36 PM I agree with you 100%. Good call! While I'm at it, keep ARCA as the Triple A of NASCAR, and use the Truck Series as an almost exclusive "senior" series. With the influx of new young stars, and huge contracts, drivers will be retiring much earlier because of the demands placed on them fulfilling the wishes of sponsors and the rigors of race dates. The lighter schedule that the truck series runs, and the Friday night dates make it more conducive for a more intimate fan friendly event, and a way to draw more fans to the track for the entire weekend. |
