if you are having trouble with strong FM radio stations and your FM modulator, try taking your FM antenna off your car if it is removable. i have the screw off kind, I took it off and my fm modulator sounds like a hard wire now.
then take your old fm antenna and toss it in the trash where old fashioned radio belongs.
you can also play with your local/dx switch on the radio if it has one. keep it on local.
