Waxing vs. Fuck Machine.

Having been off the past few days I’ve been catching up on HowardTV, watching and scanning through tons of stuff. Overall I like it. Just for the hell of it I scanned through the Fuck Machine episode and the waxing episode back to back. I know this has already been discussed, but when you watch these two episodes back to back, the difference in how each is shot is stunning. In the waxing episode we get extended, ultra graphic shots in extreme close-ups of ass-hole, balls, penis, a bleeding scrotum, even SLO-MO replays. On the fuck machine episode we see virtually nothing; no penetration, no squirting. But even allowing for the possibility that they can‘t show those two specific acts, which seems unlikely since cable porn regularly shows penetration now, it still doesn’t explain the other omissions. The first machine involved no penetration and there wasn’t one crotch shot. Everything is a series of disorienting cut-always, and occasional shots of the action from 10 feet away. It makes no sense that they practically wouldn’t show a vagina, or even the expression of the girl’s face while Cumming. Even previous episodes on HTV, such as the candle blowing episode which involved close-ups of vagina, were more explicit than this. The waxing episode was 90% action with occasional reaction shots. The Fuck Machine was virtually all reaction shots.

I know Goodstein said in a thread something to the effect of “We were faced with time-constraints, we got your feedback, look for another version in best of week”. So you mean to tell me if no one complained you would have continued to edit the episodes like this one. This shouldn’t have required “feedback”. This was simply putting out a product that was not what we purchased (uncensored stern). Moreover, the “we were under time constraints” excuse just makes no sense. This episode was edited with surgical like precision. I think it stands to reason that an episode that is edited heavily would take more time to prepare for airing than an episode that didn’t require extensive editing. I don’t really have a theory here, it’s just that any way you look at it, presenting this episode the way they did just makes no sense. I’m just baffled as to what could have happened. It’s ironic that Howard actually gets his own TV station, essentially a closed circuit network devoted just to him that his fans have to PAY a fee to have access to, and we STILL have to bitch about CENSORSHIP. Amazing.

In Demand/On Demand porn chanels show penetration. The tounge thing wasn't even penetration.

I guess we'll never see anal ring toss, old or new in expicit detail.

You can count me in as being surprised at the censorship that we are getting so far on the channel. It doesn't make any sense to me, especially when I can rent a porn that shows full penetration. I think this is confusing to subcribers to say the least.

On my cable system Howard on demand is grouped together with all the other porn channels (Playboy, Erotic network, Spice, etc). When you turn on HTV it even has an explicit warning: EXPLICIT ADULTS ONLY PROGRAMMING.

When a station is categorized as "ADULTS ONLY" the cable companies naturally feel justified in jacking the price up a bit. That's fine, but the problem is that the way the fuck machine episode was presented did not use an editing standard of an explicit adults only channel. It essentially used an HBO type standard. Don't classify something as "EXPLICIT ADULTS ONLY CONTENT", and charge a fee associated with that classification, but then show a level of content on a par with standard late night HBO programming.

Showing a couple of porn chicks using a dildo should simply not be an issue on what is cleary labeled "EXPLICIT ADULTS ONLY PROGRAMMING". It is standard fare on every other adults only station. Don't ask people to pay the premium cable companies charge for this type of adult programming, but then give Cinemax level content. If you have porn chicks using dildos on the radio, and you proclaim "Ya gotta see this on HTV", encourage people to pay a fee to see it, don't be suprised when people get a liitle pissed when they turn on the station and see virtually nothing.

I love Howard and the channel. That being said I was super anxious to
jump in and see the "Fucking Machines" episode as I wanted to actually
see these chicks "Squirt". Well I am watching the show and right before
the first "Squirt" the camera pans away. All I can think of is damn camera work.
So I think, no problem she does it a second time. Well the second time the camera
cuts AWAY AGAIN so you can't see the squirting

Did you see the Fuck Machine Girls in the Best Of The Week edit? It was better. Not perfect, but better. When Goodstein says time constraints, I think he's saying the lawyers obviously mucked this thing up (lawyers are always super sensitive at the beginning of anything... over time, every starts to pay less attention). I'm happy and I'm sure in time, things will air like everyone wants too.

The "Best of the Week" version of the "Fucking Machines" episode didnt cut away from the girl squirting......you couldnt see any fluid or anything, but you could see Gary's head shoot back like JFK......

I agree with you guys....The big sell here is "uncensored". Apparrently that is bullshit.

I think the reason squirting wasn't show is they didn't know it was going to happen, I mean jeez, who knew she was even going to cum that fast, how could they know to have a close-up of Gary's face 15 secs after the machine started? and the liquid is clear so you probably would need a close up to see it...

In the original cut when the camera switches to Howard, you actually see liquid fly by because of a darker background, that shot was hilarious, I actually think the way they cut it the first time is a lot funnier than the re-edit.
