I've been using Adobe image ready that came with photoshop 6.0. (Too lazy to get Creative Suite ) Besides, I think I've finally figured this one out. :D

somebody wanna do me a favor and paste me a copy of artie lying down, asleep, w/ a transparent background? i use ulead, ms photoeditor, and ms picture manager for all my resizing and graphic manipulating, and ulead's magic wand is piss poor compared to that of photoshop to make precise cuts...

I saw this on my upstairs wimply laptop and had a similar vision. By the time I got down to my workstation, you guys were all over it. It will be a fun pic to do a lot with though.
