I am here to start a thread to petition the return of Sir Josef Blunts Esquire III G.O.P. to the Ferrall Show.

As much as I LOVE the Ferrall show (just short of the Stern Show itself), it has been suffering for the past 1 week or so without the presence of Joey Blunts. His untimely cackling in the background has been missed TREMENDOUSLY.

As far as his replacement goes, FLAMER BOY SUCKS (no pun intended). He has added nothing to the program and is boring as hell and unfunny.

So, Swett, Sweet Lou & Ferrall, PLEASE bring back Joey Blunts to the program. His presence on the show and link to the fans (via Stern Fan Network) would be a welcomed addition back to this great Show.

Whatever, dude. They discussed why Blunts was suspended on the 5/19 show. Let Ferrall and the guys who run their show decide what is best for their show. Blunts will be back at some point so just chill out.

And, I don't think the show has suffered. It's been as entertaining as ever. Blunts is cool and it's great to have him here as a live link to the show so I do look forward to him coming back.

Blunts was suspended because he was taking care of the call screening for about an hour or so and managed to upset Swett (Brad, the producer.) It all happened when Swett was in studio with Ferrall taking listener calls.

Apparently Blunts, prior to patching the calls to Ferrall & Swett, told every caller to mention that Swett is a homo (or something to that effect). Both Ferrall and Swett thought it ruined the segment and flow of the show.

Swett calls Ferrall the next day and tells him that he was pissed that Blunts was telling the callers what to say and for lashing out some disparaging remarks towards him. Ferrall agreed with Swett and thus Blunts is still suspended. Swett says that Blunts has to earn his spot back on the show. Up until that point, Blunts was learning how to do things in the studio (Downloading clips to air, handling the fans on SFN, etc.)

I grant it, I can see why Swett was pissed. However, Blunts' suspension has gone on long enough and his replacement (Flamer Boy) adds nothing to the show.

We'll see how long Blunts is gone, hopefully he'll be back sooner than later. :sadbye:

I believe Blunts is Ferrall's Driver to and from the Sirius Studios. As far as his radio experience, he has all of 2 months of radio experience (basically when Ferrall started on Sirius in late March 2006). He brought a great comedy, laughter (and the sticky icky) to the show.

I did Scotts show via phone in Atlanta when I was living in South Florida.I also work for a limo co in Ny so I still drive in with Scott sometimes. I have been a fan of Howards since i was real young. My Fav Howard Show/Shows was when Dee Synder was on and him and Howard were making fun of Speilberg and his Black Kids . it was soooo fucking funny they had him come in the next day and do it all over again. I have Listened to Ferrall since I was 18 and meet up with him for a round golf and the rest is history. Horward Rules and Shake It Upppppppp !

I'm sure there's a place for Blunts with the show, but that laugh is too "Morning Zoo"-ish.

I enjoy Blunts on the show. His laugh cracks me up.
Blunts, I'm a 20+ year Stern fan also, and my nephew turned me onto Ferrall way back on WFAN.
