Im sitting here in Florida getting hit by squalls from Tropical Storm Alberto (soon to be Hurricane Alberto) and so far my Dishnetwork signal has been lost, I even lost my DSL signal on and off but my Sirius Satilite signal has not been lost, not even for one second.
Way to go Sirius!

I live in the bottom of a canyon, and have yet to lose my Sirius signal for any length of time.

Thanks, I hope so, if it gets real bad I'll just get in the hall and crank up my Sirius.
well, last weeks thunderstorms with lightening (in NY) are certainly no Hurricane, but I never lost my Sirius signal - even when my Dish went out for a few minutes. Sirius goin' strong!! WOOT!

Someone should photoshop a bunch of Sirius radios instead of the beer and an antenna on his head.

If all the power goes out and the local radio stations stop broadcasting, you will still be able to get a satellite signal (as long as you can power your unit)!
