Police arrested a Canton man Monday in connection to the murder of 65-year-old James E. Stoll, who was found dead at his Perry Township home over the weekend.

Using fingerprints recovered from Stoll’s home at 25xx List St. N.W., Perry Township Police arrested Frank S. Stolicny, 38, of 1871 Ferndale Ave. N.W., Canton.

Canton Police assisted in the investigation and subsequent arrest.

“It was great teamwork,” Perry Police Chief Tim Escola said. “We caught him in downtown Canton about 3 p.m. The fingerprints from inside the house came back on him. Our guys and Canton (police) started working the streets in Canton.
