You might want to look into Dish Network. They have around 30 HD channels not including locals. Directv is said to be stepping it up soon as they get new sats up.

Directv is lacking right now in HD programming. They are putting up a new fleet of sats to handle HDTV which will run on different frequency ranges for this. I think the first new sat is to go live this month but i could be wrong about that.

Dish has a decent amount of HD already. They purchased VOOM a while back which was an all HDTV sat company that never took off.

I wouldn’t use satellite Internet unless you have no other high speed alternative. It’s ok if you have no other choice but it’s not cheap and too much latency. I don’t recommend it but you could keep your cable or go with DSL.

Has the Blue Deuce become the new Ryan Newman? Qualify on the pole and then fall back in the race. I have taken him every week for the last three races in one of my leagues. We pick 5 drivers and only get points if they finish in the top ten. He has totally screwed me the last couple of weeks. I pick my drivers the morning of the race my lloking at the lineup and the last two practice sessions. He has been fast the last couple of weeks but can't put it together on the track for some reason.
