WASHINGTON -- Congressional Republicans attached a measure cracking down on Internet gambling to a bill aimed at enhancing port security that passed Saturday.

Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, R-Tenn., and Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Ariz., pushed for the gambling provision to be added to the larger bill.

Fucking lame ass neo cons just tightening there grip more and more before they lose control in november :mad:

Honestly I haven't given the gambling issue enough thought to have an educated opinion. I don't see why I'd have a problem with people gambling online, but I haven't looked into it so I don't know.

BUT.......

I'm about fucking tired of things being tacked on to a bill that is a sure "winner" .


I purpose a bill that outlaws the killing of children for no good reason.
and also allows me to listen to every phone call you make, and read your email, and open your mail at the post office.

Nah I'm not buying that one anymore. They can put their hands in the pot easy enough. Same with the whining pot smokers and the legalization of pot. They could tax it easy enough . I'm sure there is another reason. I'm just too pissed that they tacked this on to an unrelated bill to look right now.
