I take the mountaineers in this one, with a big game from Slaton. I love Louisville's offense, but they've had issues and WVU's lineup has been solid and consistent.

I am not sleeping on Louisville. Hell of a team. At home. But West Virginia is going to win. If they don't, it wouldn't be that big of a surprise to me. I've seen some holes in them this year, when I thought, "that's gonna be a problem when they face a good team."

...but at this point, Louisville may have a few more problems than Mounties, as the past month they have not been the bulldozing machine they were throughout '05 and early this season. Brohm hasnt really gotten on track, while WV has turned it up a notch. But with Louisville at home, almost a wash. Over the total may be the bettable option, with two close teams that could battle into overtime
