View Full Version : Comcast in NJ/PA area - we don't get new content from Friday to Wednesday

Please - update the menus faster.

Nothing new posts until Wednesday - then we get some shows between Wed-Friday and the whole process seems to stop until the following Wednesday.

I actually cancelled for 3 months because I was so frustrated. I'm back on now - but faster menus would be nice.

It is frustration, im in Bucks Co. and the updates are pain stakenly slow. I aslo feel not enough content is added and im forced to watch the same episode over and over.

In the Chicago area we haven't had an update since the 11/06 Beth O Daily show. Go to the Missing Content thread and read the horror stories there. Supposedly In Demand is having major content delivery problems and word is it could take months to fix. :mad:

I'd like to know why Comcast in NJ had absolutely no problem posting the 1 cent preview show on time, but regular content is always delayed or doesn't show up at all. Amazing that they can get their act together for a show that is intended to bring in new viewers, but can't provide the service on a regular basis, isn't it?!?!??!

same thing with me.I get new shows from wed-fri.and thats it.this shit sucks.And not only are the updates bad,the episodes arent very satisfying as well.
