i notice today that they billed my credit card for the full year amount on the same day i used my gift cards and i now have a $100 credit.

i call cust service and the guy tells me the gift cards are non-refundable.

"fuck you - give me my $100 back" (i have to bitch to get my $$ back after your error?)

he said they'll issue a credit in a week or so.

Sirius has good content, but they're managing themselves into a hole. Charging extra for a "premium" internet feed, all the shortages they've had for radios, signing Martha Stewart...

I bet XM would be dead & in the ground already if it wasn't for Sirius' screw-ups!
