Yeah that is good news. Taking sleeping pills with any regularity can't be a good thing. Smoke a bowl before bed. Always puts me out. :)

Great job Bubba, I was worried about that. Working on 11, then 12 so on so forth. One day at a time and you are on the backside of the hard days. Smooth sleeping now.

Thats DEFINATLY an Indiana thing. My mom and her family are all from Shelbyville; I used to wonder why people looked at me weird when I wanted ketchup on everything. Now I know, its not normal. lol.

I'm right up there with him though... Ketchup on a TON of stuff I eat. I can't look at a meatloaf unless there's ketchup near-by, and i LOVE meatloaf.



But back to why I came, Bubba-san, 10 days is PHENOMINAL! I used to have the same problem with ambien, fortunately for me my habbit was kicked because my insurance stopped covering me, so I couldn't afford it then. But for about 2 good weeks, that was some rough sleep. Afterwards it got a whole lot better. Working out and doing strenuous exercise helps because at the end of the night you're exhausted and drained. You've come this far man, DONT give in now! You're going down the backstretch!

I have before on pizza that comes with Chicken on it (You can get Papa Johns BBQ Chicken pizza) and a little bit of ketchup right ontop makes that oh so much better.
