No, you're not the only one. For the first time ever I have on MTT, and it sucks. I would be happy with a bubba replay right about now. But lets be honest, people in africa are starving, so fuck off.

I've been rather look'n forward to it, Stern has quite a collection of one off stuff done for him during appearances in the studio. The stuff I've been able to catch over the last year has all been great -- acoustic Collective Soul, Train -- and it's kool to hear the stuff I've missed.

Peace .. SvS

By request ... :D

Your mom is so fat, she looks like she ate Jenny Craig.

Your mom is so fat, she requires oversize permits just to step on the scale (FTE joke).

Your mom is so fat, her thighs require separate zip codes.

Your mom is so fat, her butt cheaks continually have to apologize to each other ("excuse me, pardon me, excuse me, pardon me").

Your mom is so fat, she makes IHeartNY look anorexic.

Your mom is so fat, I thought I was seeing double upon first glance. Then I realized that it took both eyes just to fit her into view.

Your mom is so fat, her picture weighed 200 pounds.

All that aside, I too found myself seriously jonesin' for a Bubba replay today @ 3pm. Oh well, thankfully the NASCAR season kicks into full swing this weekend.

I guess this post is gonna mark me as one of the people who bought Sirius before Howard & Bubba.

As I mention'd I was look'n forward to the show, and expected it to be good, but now I'm stunified, the show is beyond fabulous. Joe Walsh & James Taylor together, where else would I hear that.?

I'm not gonna get anything done this weekend.
I need Howard to market this on CD.
God I hope someone out there is recording the show, stripping the commercials and planning to torrent it this week.
I can't even imagine trying to vote for favourites, I can't even short list the songs so far...

Oh Alanis is come'n on gotta go...

Peace SvS

Don't say that like it's a bad thing. I was one of the first 600,000 subscribers myself (bought first unit in June 2004, long before Howard was even announced). I'm proud that I got in on the ground floor (or at least one close enough to the ground that I can just simply climb in the window). The bottom line is, we just knew a good product when we saw one, and we chose to capitalize on it early.

Great Product is right mcbutton,
I don't know how I ever survived without it. In the beginning, for me, it was just an easier answer than changing out the CD changer on multi-hour drives. {the way of life up here} It only took a couple of weeks to realize I had to have it in the house. The internet streamer brought it to work.

When Howard and Bubba came on, well that just added more content to an already indispensable service.

Damn, Green Day... jesus, who hasn't performed for Howard.?

I'm not sure how many hours this show ended up being, last I heard it was more than ten hours.

Some of this material is truly classic, somes just phun, some just demonstrates how solid the players involved really are.

I think they said it was around eighteen hours of music. And to think, 27 years of music on The Howard Stern Show can be compressed down to simply eighteen hours ... :D

Eighteen hours, Excellent.
Man I just heard a classic Sheyrl Crow.
Bon Jovi sure did a lot of stuff for him.

Ya know, it may be just my perception, but it does seem that Bubba and crew are a lot more market conscious than Stern, on the other hand, mayhap there's 'rights' issues which make it to difficult to market something like this.

I love it. It's a one-time holiday weekend thing, so it's no big deal. We're lucky enough to get lotsa Bubba, even Saturday shows sometimes. The guy got married, had surgery, had a flood, and still came in to work! one day without the show doesn't hurt.
Besides, it allowed me to fondle myself, non distracted.

I have also been enjoying the music weekend. It is awesome to hear all of these top artists singing their original tunes as well as some of them singing the switched up lyrics of their songs provided by Fred. America singing Been through the desert on a horse named Booey is priceless.

I think this music special is great. The surprising thing is that they all sound really good for being live recordings.
Monday will be here soon enough and all will be back to normal.

Relax and have a drink! (or smoke) which ever. Shit have both for all I care, and Enjoy!!
