they have kids MMA classes her in Vegas. shit is cool as hell.

Martial arts classes are cool, but kids and MMA competition doesn't mix. I saw KOTC put a couple 15 yr olds in the cage and it was fucking stupid and wrong. Bad for the sport.

Kids usually start at 5y/o. I started teaching my son at 5.

But I don't believe on giving kids Black Belts. We would test when a student turned 15y/o.

Yeah I work about 5miles from American Top Team (americantopteam.com) they have a huge MMA gym where they teach MMA, Muay Thai, BJJ, Boxing, etc for kids and adults.

Well no shit. That aint the point. His dad would probably stomp your face into the ground to prove a point that you shouldnt think you're tough cuz you can beat an 8 year old up....

anyway..the point is in 10 years he'll be an 18 year old with over 10 years of MMA training. He is what is in store for MMA in the next 8-20 years when there are little kids in fairly large numbers who are going to grow up doing MMA instead of one aspect of the sport. It'll be like comparing NFL players in the 1950's to the ones of today.

There is an 18 year old high school student that fights in teh IFL, and some old Cage Rage had some 15 year olds... that was terrible though.

Anyways you'll got to admit that kids got advanced skills!

I've been trying to find a video of a 12y/o in the Gracie camp. He cleaned house at the BJJ tourney in Brasil last year. I don't think he's a Gracie but he was destroying everyone.
