I am looking for a recommendation for a book that deals a 10 cent line for sides and totals and also offers runlines with a 15-20 cent line. I know that a lot of the offshore books are a hassle now because of the banking regulations, but I would really appreciate a few ideas here.. Thanks

Everybody knows there really isnt 10 cent lines on baseball, totals yes, but not runlines.

If the game is even, Bodog starts out at -105 both sides, and the bets determine which way the line moves.

Bodog has been ok to me, a lot people like the Greek and sportsbook.com. I think Sportsbook.com gives you good lines. I have had a couple problems with betus, and so has rehren.

Look in the Locks of the night thread, for more info, or any more ?s

Not trying to be a jerk here but -105 on both sides is a 10 cent line. I believe WSEX offers them and like above Bodog is good. Almost all runlines are 20 cents.

Thre is no constant in baseball, depending on Pitchers etc. If a site offered 10 cent lines, you would take the Yanks every game

Not seeing your point timdawg. Say for instance you had the Red Sox (Schilling) @ Yankees (Mussina), that line might be like the Yankees -130/+120 which is a dime line. Some places carry a dime line up to -190/+180. Once you get above -200 you would then go to a 20 Cent line. For example -240/+220 and it just keeps changin as you go.

For what it's worth 5Dimes offered nickle line on their baseball overnight last year. Matchbook is also another one.

By the way I don't want any Sox or Yankees fans getting all excited about the line I used. It was just hypothetical.

Ok, I understand you now, I guess this guy is looking to hedge some bets.

Basbeball is the best sports to hedge bets. You can actually make money on a staright up hedge if you get lucky

I started this thread because I have been out of the gaming scene for awhile I used to live in Vegas between 1983-1990. I worked for Feist, Roxy, Pat Burke, Gary Austin and the night that Gary Austin's was robbed I was there until midnight doing a radio show on KDWN 720 along with Gary Austin. Larry Ness and Lee Pete. I did quite a few radio shows for Jim in the mid 1980's and would have been hyped the way Larry Ness was if I was not a huge fat guy. When I lived in Vegas I also was known as " Doc ".. because I had documentation for about every possible stat. In the mid 1980's the internet did not exist you had to do a lot of work to accumulate information.. I used pitchers bio=rhythms to great effect for most of the time. Hell.. nowadays I have every stat at my fingertips... Play Ball..
