If I understand you right....

Sounds like the power cord needs replaced.

If thats the case let me know, and we will take it from there.

I have shitty signal where I live. I purchased the Monster Indoor/Outdoor Antenna. With the antenna there is a plugin cord to the radio. I have the boombox, and there is no outlet for that plugin cord.

Does it matter?

For some reason today I stopped getting a signal. I have a S50, its worked perfect since I owned it and now I am getting the "aquiring signal" and when I check the signal its 0 for both. The radio does still work and when I switch channels it annouces the channel just like before, but nothing comes out. Also, I can still go back and listen to saved music/shows

I'm having the SAME EXACT problem, anyone have any ideas about this? Do I need a new antenna?

My phone line is dead, no dial tone, and all incoming calls are busy...that type of customer service right ;)

I had this same problem with mine. It is something inside where the power cord plugs in. They know that there is an issue. Mine was replaced 3 time and finally they gave me a gift card and i just bought the stiletto. Love it

TSS doesn't seem to carry a replacement on the coaxial cable for the truck antenna--Where can I get one, without having to buy a whole new setup?

What you are looking for is sought after a lot. We finally convinced the distributor to make that cable as a separate part and will have it in the next few weeks.
