With all the noob UFC fans not knowing much, if not anything about the former Pride fighters, do you think they should show the first Chuck/Rampage fight on Spike sometime in the next month? And by this I mean the whole fight .... not just clips.

Since they now own the rights to the footage I would think it would be a good idea to show this whole fight before UFC 71. I think you would see a lot of different opinions of Rampage.

I don't want them to start to showing every current UFC - former Pride fighters fights on Spike. But in a case like this where the fight itself is very important to the build-up then I do see a need to show a Pride fight in a UFC hype show on Spike.

Another example is that if CroCop and Big Nog were to fight again then I would expect them to show their first fight from Pride. Show the fans how much respect CC had for Big Nog's JJ.

Noob UFC fans would of been able to understand CroCop better if they were able to see some of his full fights against UFC fighters in Pride (Heath, Randleman, and now Big Nog) and not just little highlights of his kicks. Most UFC fans just knew that this guy can kick the shit out of people, but knew nothing of his weak ground game and suspect chin.

So just once in a while add a Pride fight into UFC unleashed, or whatever show they wanna call it. Make a new name for a show ... who cares .... I just think they need to show the first Rampage/Chuck fight.

They need to get on HBO or Showtime ASAP. I'm not paying $50 a month to see a bunch of guys I've never heard of before. Now they have the problem of their big bad ass guys getting KO'd every PPV. I watched it religiously when UFC started out because it was a freak show, now I read the results and don't feel as though I'm missing anything. I am looking forward to the Rampage-Liddell fight, however.

I bet you when Spike TV has their "Countdown to UFC 71" special they will show the footage.

I'm sure they will show footage of it ... but I'm looking for them to show the entire fight.

Hmmm, I don't know how that would play out because I think Fox Sports has a pre-existing, exclusive contract to air Pride fights in their entirety.

For one thing Pride has a deal with FSN so it' won't be shown on Spike, and 2 if Dana or the Fertittas have any control over what FSN show's there not gonna dare show it on TV there trying to make Chuck seem invincible in everyones eyes, and even if they did show it, I'm sure they'd have some BS interview about how he went in injured and bla bla bla.....Doesn't really matter it's 3 years later and I think Rampage has gone downhill since then and Chuck gone up, as bad as I want to see Liddell lose I don't see it happening here
