After placing a message in the missing content thread today I got an email from HTV shortly afterwards asking for more information in order to properly help me. At first I was skeptic, but looked at the thread again & the same person had posted in there asking for someone elses info who he was unable to contact by email. Hopefully this will work out & everything will get reposted in a speedy manner, in which case I applaud HTV & their staff for stepping up to the plate to help everyone with missing shows on a personal basis. This looks like something great! (knocking on wood).

My problems were resolved the night (yesterday) after I was contacted. Hope you experience the same luck I did. It's great they're taking care of issues this way now, so that the people know there's something being done instead of just having to repost in the content missing thread everyday pondering if anyone is looking at it.

I was contacted via e-mail as well and my updates have been on time since. Let's hope they can keep it up.
