If yer viewin' it, it's bein' downloaded to your computer. If yer just deleting a file, it ain't gone, cuz it can still be unerased/recovered. Easily too. If you REALLY wanna eliminate files completely, that can be done easily too, but it doesn't sound like these guys are aware of this issue. Hopefully Florida cops are too stupid to know it either.

I don't think there's too many cops that would consider this a high-priority crime, but you never know when yer gonna run into a hardass with a hard-on to bust "obscene" content providers.

Honestly. They don't even need to find the video.

Just contact the ISP, and pull their connection logs.

Why waste your time looking for files.

Eh, they could claim IP spoofing then. It's not as conclusive as the smoking gun. Though this started as pretty obscure and arcane and it's only gettin' worse... ;)
