Just heard on Howard 100 News that Tom the Treeman was reinstated by Pinellas Park.

I hope he gets paid for the he was suspended.

Even though I was half hoping that it would get to the point that the city would have had so many lawyers up their ass that they would have thought that someone had built a new branch office up there.

But still, I think it's bullshit that he has to sign a contract saying that he won't be a part of the show again.....or at least to : "discontinue your participation in the improper, graphic, vulgar and undesirable types of published behavior."

It still infringes on personal rights, but I think at this point Tom just wants to get back to work. Can't blame him though, considering that his mom just recently died, he probably wants to get his ind off of that, and sitting around the house ain't gonna do it.

I agree with madhi19, but i am glad to see Tom got his Job back. No one should have to be looking for work in this shitty economy. Especially since Tampa laid off like 200 people yesterday.

Tom needed his job back he made nothing the last 30 days.
City of Pinellas Park got an employee to agree to stricter working conditions outside the collective bargaining agreement.
City of Pinellas Park Paid 1 employee 0 the last 30 days.
City of Pinellas Park Proved it's point, we can make life miserable for you because it won't cost us a dime, they Play with House Money or in reality Tax $ which is our money, they are rarely personally liable.

As for the rest of the Working Public, it goes to show just how hard some places are to work.
Some employers refuse to hire employees or fire employees who smoke at home, cigarettes regular tobacco, not Weed or crack, regular smokes.
