I suppose I understand where you are trying to come from but a few important notes:

According to the Constitution, only the government is prohibitted from infringing on free speech. Clear Channel is not the government and can choose to do as they like with what they put on their radio stations.

Also, you are protesting in NY City against the FCC and Clear Channel. Well why would Clear Channel care? You don't listen to them anyway -- Howard is on K-Rock which is an Infinity Station.

Why not protest against Infinity????? They have stations in every radio market in the country, yet Howard is on in only about 35 markets. Why not protest that he cant be heard in every major city in the US?

Let's see, Clear Channel takes him off in 6 cities, Infinity does not put him on in 50 other cities. Who's more at fault?

Is there any way we can do a version of this petition online? (Something that will relate back to the petition that you're doing, so it's all the same thing)

I cannot be in NYC, and Rochester contains lots of fans that would like to sign as well-- I'm sure the same is true elsewhere. Or may I mail something in??

Well just got off the phone with Sean and Beetle they are comming down they said the weather is going to clear up by noon Mutt is going to get bullhorn for me since I got the permit, and I just called Krock to tell the dj that we are having a demonstration at 3pm outside the radio station against the FCC and Clear Channel for our Freedom Of Speech, and to Support Howard Stern The King Of All Media I called the local tv stations they got my fax for the demonstration and I called FOX NEWS thry said I had to call WNYW FOX NEWS, Thats Channel 5 New York MSNBC said I would have to all News Channel 4 New York which I did all last night and this morning also Will Pendarvis will be on the air at 2 so I will be there before he gets on the the air and tell him what I am doing so please be there to support Howard the King Of All Media I am counting on people to be there that live in the tri-state area please please please help Howard I want to thank everyone...............
