the ONLY reason howard hired bubba is because bubba got fired from howards most hated enemy(clear channel) at the same time they were putting the screws to howard.

No fucking way! Bubba's GREAT on the show I could listen to this almost everyday. If Artie ever goes on hiatus I would have NO problem with Bubba sitting in. He fills in every dead spot if there ever is one. Brings a fabulous energy to the show and a different flavor magillicutty jones on the backside deal.

the show went past 11am est. today, weekly meeting, has to get in the chopper to get out to the Hamptons (with Bubba) , plenty of interaction with Bubba, great chemistry.

But I will say that Bubba has talent. He just doesn't use it. Today, I heard the promo for when Bubba returns from vacation: (1) Bubba will puke into a fan which is blowing into Tom the Treeman's face; and (2) Bubba's wife and Brent's wife will talk about the taste of their respective husband's jizz.

he's better on howard's show.........he seems to tone down his shticky radio dj voice, and mostly leaves the lame bubba vocabulary at his studio. much less of a retard.....and at times, almost entertaining. which should come as no surprise, as this is howard's trademark (to make the otherwise boring and/or mentally challenged, entertaining).

i saw this post yesterday and didn't get around to hearing the "bubba" segment till today.

soooo fucking true. complete yawn-fest. i skipped it and went to the wrapup show which was slightly more interesting. people on SFN have a good eye for these things.

Whether you like or don't like Bubba, at least respect the FACT that Howard CHOSE HIM to be on the channels. And make no bones about it -- Bubba knows his role and is 100% appreciative of what Howard has given him. If you don't know or understand Bubba's lingo, then you just don't "get it" and never will (and probably have no desire to either -- you'd feel more comfortable living in your own bubble world).
