I got know clue who the Dino character is either. Dino is building a Stern based comedy club in The greater New York area. He's teamed with some show VIPs to make this a reality. The Syndicate is his group from Myspace and his webpage (http://www.sternsyndicate.com) which enjoys a fairly large following. He's asked to team with Mutt and SFN for mutually beneficial reasons.
