He told me that the main reason he continued to do the Who reunion tours was to make the $$ to finance his solo work without dipping into his savings. He didn't enjoy the arenas all that much.

It is only logical to explain why deadings or TOs happen. It illustrates the rules and helps maintain user awareness. Compliance is always better when awareness is high. (I work in IT security and spend a large amount of time on user awareness.) Explanations do not need to be detailed, simple is often the best. A statement of which rule was violated is enough.

If an explanation is put forth then there will be a lot less discussion and Monday-morning quarterbacking.
