Joey, don't you fear that you're going to stretch yourself too thin with this whoring business? ;)

Sorry I can't help out; I have my own trip in a month to save up for, and me not being able to find a job isn't helping matters. Hope you enjoy Vegas, though.

Stlgreg wrote "do get enough", when he meant "do not get enough". He corrected it latter, you ignored it and continue to do so.. Given that you didnt catch his initial mistake (as the very least, question his statement because it didnt make sense at the time), its probable that you have no intention of giving the money back should not enough people donate.

At least PBS gives you something practical for your donation.

A) absolutely not.....I will buy beer, weed and some sushi.

B) When I get enough money there is no chance I will not go short of me being incarcerated, hospitalized for some sorta serious injury that prevents me from going or death in which case the money will go to buy me a tombstone that will say...Joey Boots - Comedic Genius. :hw:

This is a critical question, Elister do you persoanlly know Dan or Janks? Please be honest with your answer.

Joey, the cheques to the PO Box, to whom should they be made payable? I am assuming writing "Joey Boots" in the payable to line won't work? Please PM me the name if you do not wish the fucknuts to get your personal name.

Also, to the tax advice dude giving erroneous tax advice here, gifts are never taxable, christ that is ignorance on a whole new level.

OK dude, explain how and when gifts are taxable?

The main rules for gifts between individuals are fairly simple. These gifts don't produce deductions for the donor or income for the recipient. And most of the time there's no gift tax, either. But if you give more than the annual exclusion amount ($11,000 for 2003 and 2004) to one person other than your spouse in a single year, you'll have some planning concerns — and a reporting obligation.

True gifts. This rule applies only to true gifts. You can't avoid paying income tax by calling something a gift when it isn't. For example, a "gift" you receive in exchange for services or some other consideration isn't a gift.

Income after gift. If you receive a gift of property that produces income, you must report any income produced after the gift. For example, if you receive stock as a gift, you must report any dividends paid on that stock after the gift.

Should I highlight the part where it says most of the time? Or can you figure it out that your statement saying you never have to pay gift tax is untrue.

Anyway he has already classified it as a donation.

Dude, a donation helps the giver so he can write it off. It helps the reciever in no way excpet that companies will donate more so they can get a tax write off. None of us giving Boots a few bucks are looking for a tax receipt so, ya', call it a donation and if Boots is a registered charity I can get a write off but no one here is asking for that?!?! From Boots' prespective it is a gift or "dontaion", does not matter, it is not taxable in his hands either way, he is home free. You were implying he would have to declare these gifts or donations as income, which is total bullshit. Got it?
