I wanted to make this thread before Sunday's game against the Colts, so that when they actually upset the Colts in Houston people won't say it's bandwagon jumping!

Apoc13 09-21-2007, 12:13 PM good idea....kubiak for coach of the year! Case a Beer 09-21-2007, 12:48 PM I'll take a Colts upset on Sunday. Pimpy McPimp 09-21-2007, 04:44 PM I wanted to make this thread before Sunday's game against the Colts, so that when they actually upset the Colts in Houston people won't say it's bandwagon jumping! I have a few questions: 1. If you are such a fan why didn't you make a thread for the Texans before week 1 started? 2. Would you be making this thread now if the Texans were 0-2? 3. You do know that worst case scenario Andre Johnson is gone for 5 weeks? 4. When the Colts beat the Texans will you officially jump off the bandwagon? 5. Who has the hotter chicks, Texas or California? A.Lang=Crazy 09-21-2007, 05:41 PM If Johnson was playing the Texans would have a shot, but I doubt they beat the Colts. Schaub does look like the real deal though. jr1074 09-21-2007, 07:36 PM I have a few questions: 1. If you are such a fan why didn't you make a thread for the Texans before week 1 started? 2. BatteryChucker 09-24-2007, 10:32 AM Texans put up a good fight - losing by 6 to the SB champs while having injuries to your starting RB, WR, backup RB, 2nd WR, C, and DT on special teams is not too shabby. Because this board is typically just Boston/New York talk so I don't post on it that often. 2. I probably wouldn't, but since they're not, I did. 3. Andre just has a sprain, 2 weeks max. 4. The Colts beat a team with a lot of starters injured. Doesn't mean this team isn't going to have a good year, so no. 5. Texas of course. BatteryChucker 10-29-2007, 02:50 PM Okay, after weeks of account problems, I can finally post again. The Texans have reverted back to their sorry ways, and the promise of a good season have virtually disappeared down here in Houston. There is so much venom being thrown around - coaches being fired, players to be traded, etc. I still stick up for them, but man it's hard. Johnson's injury turned out to be a lot worse than initially determined, the line is getting worse and worse, the defense is no longer listening to the coaches, and the coaches aren't getting the team motivated to play. This is going to get ugly... |
