I'd like to thank Reverend Bob for inviting us out to last nights comedy show at the Blue Bell Pa Firehouse. We were very disappointed that Sal the Stockbroker didn't make it, but we had a great time. It was a ton of fun and one of the best comedy shows we've been to. The crowd was great. they were all fans of the Stern show, and came out for a good time. These guys didn't disappoint. They pulled the firetrucks outside and set up tables & chairs for the audience. They had a full house and were entertained by Rev Bob, Billy 'Ozzy' Mirra, KC Armstrong, Jim Florentine, High Pitch Eric, Beetlejuice, and Jim Gallagher.

Photos are up in the Photo Gallery (http://www.sternfannetwork.com/gallery/album34) [hr]
The guys were on fire. the crowd was lively and I think that really help the entire show. Everyone we spoke to was glad they came and wanted more. Eric got to sit int he fire truck and use the loudspeaker. They even let him wear a helmet. What a riot. He played with the fire hose and hung out with firemen. It was great. He even fought with the Sargent who felt that Eric might cause a car accident. He didn't like that Eric was on the loudspeaker yelling 'Fuck George Bush'. I got a great photo of the Sargent yelling at me telling me to stop taking pictures. :)

Not only was Bob great during his act, but then he brought out Beetle and worked the crowd. Beetle needs a little direction sometimes, and Bob really knew how to get him going. High Pitch was really cocky on stage. We were proud of him. He actually had stuff to say and made people laugh. He got one chick to flash her tits for a free shirt and then offered one to the first guy who flashed his.

Alot of us went to a bar around the corner afterwords. We called one bar and tried to get the boys hooked up, but they weren't offering enough. A chick at the show heard us talking, and offered to bring us to the bar where she works. They took nice care of us all there. Thanks! Beetle even showed up. You'd of thought he owned the place.

I talked a couple firemen into letting us give Eric the helmet he was wearing. I don't think anyone wanted to wear it anymore. I showed up at the bar with it and surprised Eric.

I'm getting the photos together now. They'll be up today.

We all enjoyed the $5 all you can drink beers, hot dogs and meatball subs, especially Eric.

I forgot, there was a letter in the paper from an outraged citizen who couldn't believe that their firehouse was having this group perform. Especially Jim Florentine and his puppet Special Ed. I'll have to find it

I really need to start taking notes at these things. Bob could you fill me in on Jim's full name)

Billy's act has really grown. He's much more than the voice of Ozzy. Great job, everyone really enjoyed the act. He does a mean Bobby D. I could hear the people behind be going on and on about how he even looks like him. (when he puts on the face, that is)

The same can be said about KC. He's more than just a pretty boy. His act has really developed. He seems really comfortable on stage and worked well with the crowd. He had the whole place laughing.

last night was a pisser. i had a great time. it was so fun to see all the guys. it was like a vegas appetizer. everyone at the show was so enthusiatic and really had a great time. i hope these guys do more shows in the area cause you all definately won this crowd over and i am sure they are all telling their friends what a great time they had.

we had a blast at the bar afterward also. beet walked into the joint with his enterage and looked like the daddy of the mac daddy. he was going around telling people that mutt was his personal photographer. he he he

thanks bob and all the guys for an awesome performance and for your hospitality.

bob, your girl was so cute and so nice. wow, she is crazy about you too. very nice to see you so happy.

Let me tell you, It was like a NASCAR crowd for degenerates and drunks. Beet was totally pissed (maybe drunk) and Highpitch was having a tizzy over these 2 drunk trailer trollups that bugged him for pics. I pretty much took pics the whole night and kept on the downlow. The total suprise was seeing ClubSoda Kenny (huge Dice bodyguard) fucking with people when their backs were turned ("Excuse Me Sir!" and than looking away). KC was accually pretty good for what he does. It was good to say hi to Bob and Jim Florentine (fellow Browntownian that was once hit in the head with a baseball bat in high school by my brother Pete) and It was a riot! :D
