I spent twelve years in Decatur and a year in Hartselle before I left Alabama in '94 ... been in Georgia ever since ... my wife still raves about the "Blizzard of '93" ... I'm originally from the Buffalo, NY area, so I KNOW what a blizzard really is ... I've told her on numerous occasions that the closest thing that Georgia has ever had to a blizzard is the ice cream dessert that Dairy Queen serves ... :D

Then the pre-order deal came out. Fuck!!!! I figured I'd be o.k.

From the sounds of things last week, they were selling like hotcakes and soon to be sold out (70% sold out at the time was what was said, up from the previous days 60% figure), and Bubba expected to be out of them in another week. Which is this week.

So, I decided I better grab one fast, at any cost. I have enough body fat to go without any food for a while

I might have to go without power for a while, but I should be able to afford power by the time I get my box set, and that is all that counts....

According to the cart feature, there were about 1300 left when I bought mine on the weekend. I should have checked that out before I ordered mine, I guess. I checked again last night, there werer 1263 left. Right now, the cart shows 1244 left for sale.

Fuck... I could have waited till next payday. Hell, I probably could have waited till Christmas.

The company I work for does completions for new aircraft as well as maintence for others anyway we just signed a contract with a canadian jet company Bombardier to be their exclusive completion center and we have to deliver 54 jets in the next year. The most my company has ever done in that time is 14. We are already behind because of enginerring problems and bombardier has levied a hefty amount of fines on us. But enough with the boring shit. I do enjoy it and it is ALOT more money that I was making as a paramedic

I had to laugh at the pissing in the snow stuff. Yesterday morning, we had a little frost on the grass. When I was walking to my truck to take my 4 year old to school, he freaked out seeing the frost. Dad, we gotta pee in the snow before we go. So, being the good dad I am, I explained it was just frost on the grass, as we were pissing in the backyard. :D
