Lawsuit avoided. That's a relief!

Yet Goodstein doesn't feel the need to blur the Yankees logo on Jason's shirt or the Nike logo on Artie's shirt. They're all registered trademarks.

I was just watching a rock documentary on VH1 and they had a shot of Joe Cocker with a Superman T shirt and they didn't blur it out. I am guessing when I pick up the papers tomorrow I will read about how VH1 was sued for a billion dollars and will go out of business. I'm sure that's what Doug Goodstein thinks anyway.

Don't forget that ADIDAS logo on the jacket that Baba Booey is always wearing.

when Hank wore that superman costume on E they used black electrical tape to cover it up so it isnt just on Howard TV

They do selective censoring. They covered the Jets logo on Crackhead Bob's hat and shirt but they show John Hein all the time with sports logos, and of course Artie's Yankee stuff is never censored. Same thing with product logos, sometimes they are censored and sometimes they are not.

The 'they' you refer to is Doug and he was on E! too. This is more clueless proof that there is zero legal department. Doug wings it. If there was, they would tell you that everything was clear for air, including the music.

its stupid
they should talk to some sirius lawyer
all the time there are criminals on tv with nike, puma or some other logo
or some report about crazy teens
nothing gets blurred out
i dont think nike wants some child molester running around with their clothes
but stores sell their stuff to everyone
so what...

Howard's habit of hiring peope who don't know what they are doing in TV hasn't really paid off (see HTV, "Son of a Beach", "'Howard Stern The Teenage Years" etc..).
