If the NFL can apply some pressure to convince the Pats to deal that pick to a team that needs it then they should do so. No they won't. The Rams have a lot of their key players back who were injured and they just beat up a Saints team that had strung together a few solid victories on the Saints' home field. The Rams will probably have a decent second half. The Niners are horrible. They can't even move the ball. Take last night's game for example: The Niners did not even have a first down in the first half. It's not that the Seahawks are even that good -- the 49ers are THAT BAD.
