Dude, I know exactly what you mean. I've heard it in a bunch of different episodes. I bet something is going on they don't know about. It sounds like music from the menu of a videogame that perhaps is running in the background of a computer while they are editing this. I am about to cancel HTV over it because it's so annoying. I complained about a month ago and I never had a response from them at all....

You can't even hear what people are saying while it plays. I'm sure if Howard saw it he'd go crazy.
