Isn't Cablevision one of the largest market areas in the U.S. for HTV? Why wouldn't they carry the preview?

Cablevision generally does not promote uncensored content but they do carry the full Howard TV On Demand service.

Thanks for the update. Cablevision did offer the penny preview last year and it really makes no sense for them not to promote it this year. The CV pron channels are far more graphic then anything on HTV.
