The issue is not limiting content, it's avoiding having injured third parties bring law suits Sirius. Crazy stunts like shocking people, torture rack, etc., threaten serious bodily injury, even death. Remember how that stupid Pee for Wi contest ended up getting a woman killed, the radio station sued and all the hosts fired. A good corporate attorney is there to prevent that.
