I'm guessing here because you didn't really explain the bit... but I'd guess it's Elephant Boy that you are hearing and not B Fudd.

Maybe so, I wasn't listening to Howard back when Elephant boy was popular so dunno. I can't remember much of the bit besides he was asking for a job.
