Let me ask you UFC/MMA guys something. Zito was talking about how his plan would be to knock someone out with one punch and just end it right there. Doesn't sound possible to me, a guy would have to be standing still for that to happen.

Doesn't sound like much of a game plan, planning on a 1 puncher, probably happed about 10 times total or less in the history of MMA. After his punch of deflected, he'd either be countered by a fury of punches to leave him unconscious or he'd instantly be shot on and taken down and grouned and pounded until he's out or theres a ref stoppage or the other scenario he'd be take down again and sub'd. Zito wouldn't have a chance against any guy in MMA that part of any Major organization, Tank Abbot would kick his ass and he looked like a total pussy this last weekend!
