Just an opinion but...

DAMN, to me he blew everyone away and reminded me just how safe (BORING) Howard has become.

Still the KING, but damn Jay held nothing back and is completely unfiltered and entertaining.

Thank god for Artie, Fred, Sal and Richard

what channel is Jay on? I thought he was on now but can't find him.

And I like how Fred tried to minimize Jay by saying he's fine like that for an hour or so, but listening everyday would problably be too much to take. Yea, sure Fred...

Jay reminds me oh how Howard use to be, cutting edge totally off the cuff and not worried about lawsuits... Stern is so scared of losing his Jew-Gold it's pathetic how safe he's become

Jay was fuckin awesome! I loved every second of his interview. It's nice to hear someone who is intelligent with a grasp of the english language. Beats the hell out of all the dumb-dumb, coked up, drunken, sluts.

Well, he might have the energy that Howard once had but not the humor or creativity.
He was a decent guest the first time, didn't do much hearing him yet again.

kinda funny how jay is more grounded, wholeheartedly opinionated and most of all in touch with listeners than howard has been in longer than i can remember! :rolleyes:

unfortunately he doesn't quite live up to what you may expect, but it's a good listen every once in a while. reminds me of the shows i used to listen to on AM radio way back when. ;)

I've not had my Sirius subscription long however I was debating canceling my membership. The Jay Thomas show has changed my mind; however we need repeats! I can only listen to the last hour of it...

My green (posting) bar is so little yet masculine at the same time. Envy that.

Sorry to burst your bubble and once again point out that the crew/Fred is absolutely correct, Jay Thomas has his own show at Sirius, I have listened to it often and it totally blows chunks. For whatever reason, Jay turns on and comes alive on Howard's show, which is why I was so disppointed in Jay's show. The same thing happens to Breuer, on Howard he is pretty good and his own show at Sirus is a disorganized cluster fuck. I guess they try to wing their broadcasts and that is how you end up with piss poor radio.

Jay's show is good, hits & misses but everybody including Howard has 'em

Jay isn't that bad, when Howard is on rerun I'll tune in. Plus, he has Schuli as a sidekick.
