ive learned my lesson humbly in the past! i still come in here once in a while to check out how crazy or foolish some people can be on the site!

Whatever... I'm back to work this week so I'll be too busy to come on here much, anyway. In fact, I'll be pretty busy all Spring, Summer, and Fall. I run my own seasonal business that takes most of my time in the good weather seasons. That and fishing, hiking, fishing, playing my guitar, fishing, etc. I do enjoy cavorting online with many of the fans here, but as you will note by my posting record, my time spent here is mainly in the winter. Anyway, Stern spoke up to the establishment when they were wrong, he paid his dues. I stand by my statement. Whether or not the tool I defended deserved time out or not is beside the point. I was defending his right to express himself, not his actual posts. This board is really starting to get ridiculous with the oppression of opinions. It is supposed to be a site where fans can speak their minds about the show and act like Stern fans. It is becoming a pussified bitch-fest of whining, paranoid jerk-offs. There seem to fewer and fewer true fans and more and more douchebags. I will censor myself and end this post here. :cool:

I don't get that out of this at all. To me it seems like he is saying that he is sick of haters and uptight mods(HE IS SAYING, NOT ME!). I think he may have a point as nobody on the show really cares what anyone says here. Making it so people can't voice their opinions about certain other people just because they are part of the show or are important to someone who is goes against the whole purpose of this board. As I understand it this is a forum for Stern fans to talk about the show and share their opinions and feelings. Censoring that is about as un-Stern as you can get. If you don't like what someone has to say, you can tell them why or choose to ignore them. It seems to me that the real insecure ones are the ones who think that "VIP bashing" or stating opinions about show members significant others on an internet message board could somehow impact their real life. I may be new to this board, but I am far from new to the show and I am a quick study, so I think I have a pretty clear idea of what is what here. :cool:
