Hey, guys...don't understand RAR files...the kind that are often downloaded from Rapidshare, etc...after downloading, I can never seem to be able to open them...anyone know the secret?

Pro tip: Anytime there is an extention you dont understand, just google it. Had you gooled RAR, you would have been directed to many free RAR extractors.

I use Winrar and Winace. They are like Winzip but a bit more modern as far as extensions.

thanks guys...i did try the Speeditup free RAR unzip which someone else suggested...but my computer immediatley ID'd it as spyware and quaranteed it...will try these others-Thanks again!
