Plus, a couple of details. XM HQ is in DC, while Sirius is in NY. XM is NOT commercial free, while Sirius is. So, considering the HQ location and the "competition" then it looks like Sirius, provided they can produce enough units for the listeners and the questions of a "premium charge" which I don't think Howard will allow. There's no commercials on the music channels but there is on all the other channels... And they can put a studio anywhere they or Howard wants it doesn't have to be at the "head quarters"... It comes down to who gives Howard the best deal! Yep, as you stated, whichever company gives him the best offer, that is where he will go (as would anyone). The questions I have, 1. can either XM or sirius afford Howard and the money he would demand, and 2. was Howard serious about retiring from radio to focus on his "other projects", or was it his typical shtick to make him feel better about his popularoity, and to assist in negotiating a better deal with Viacom?
