Hell no. I think its great when teams who clearly are tanking their seasons to get a better pick actually pick 4th.

I dont think it should be changed either.. the NBA draft from all other sports seem to have the biggest and more instant impact on teams.

In the NFL guys can be in development for years.. especially QBs

MLB guys get drafted so young its years before we usually see them

NHL is the biggest guessing game of them all, plus guys can get in young and make a difference.. but not like the NBA

So, with teams 'tanking games' to get a top pick still being a risk makes it more fair. If it was preset as in worst record ='s top pick then you really would have teams fighting for lastplace to get the top prospect.. hehe

Yes. That lottery crap is ridiculous.

To end some conspiracies, maybe the NBA should telecast the balls actually being drawn instead of drawing/removing the balls in some backroom and just revealing the team cards.

But that's not going to happen because it's a long process.
