After the break Howard said he was watching the Benjy eating frenzy. He said that Fred goes nuts watching that. Howard said they ran this promotion last week where they were going to have girls come down to audition for the chance to win a trip down to Scores in Ft. Lauderdale. No one showed up today and Howard kind of expected that. It kind of turned into a disaster. Artie interrupted and said that Jillian Grace was at his comedy show over the weekend but he wasn't able to see her very well since she was sitting about 10 rows back. Howard had to take a commercial break after that.


No One Shows For Scores Auditions. 10/04/04. 8:00am

Howard got in a quick mention for tonight's E! show featuring Steve O carving up his own body to give himself a tattoo. He moved on to talk about this Scores promotion he was trying to do that kind of failed. No one showed up for the Scores audition they were supposed to hold today. Howard explained what happened with the audition and how things just didn't work out. The 2005 AVN Award Show, dubbed “the Oscars of Adult,” promises to be the most spectacular ever.

Adult industry personalities from all over the world are expected to converge on the Grand Ballroom of the Venetian Hotel and Casino on Saturday evening, January 8, 2005, to receive awards, applaud the winners, dine and drink at the sumptuous buffet, and renew acquaintances not seen since last year’s show.

In keeping with AVN tradition, this year’s show will be co-hosted by Adult actress Savanna Samson, a top-line Vivid contract performer, and Thea Vidale, one of the “bluest” of mainstream comediennes. Vidale starred in her own comedy show, Thea, on ABC in 1993, and is the first female comic to appear onstage at an AVN Awards show.

“Thea is just hilarious and her comedy will really connect with our audience,” said Gary Miller, executive producer of the AVN Awards show. “We’re going to be taking her around to a number of sets so she’ll be able to see what the industry is really like, as we did with last year’s host, Jim Norton.”
