2. Oh, god, THANK YOU! I *hate* phoney phone calls. They make me wince. And they seem to go on forever and ever and ever.

7. I'm sometimes surprised at what Robin, the former medical nurse, DOESN'T know. It's scary, actually, but it tells you what sort of medical care they provide for our men and women in the armed services, doesn't it?
