The Seahawks are a team on the way down. They had their best run during the Shaun Alexander era and are probably just a season or two away from a total rebuilding. They will probably still win the NFC West simply because I don't see the 49ers, Rams, or Cardinals stepping up at all this year. They're all very weak teams right now.
