I am in a personal situation where I have to miser every penny so I could not change the av, I don't have supporter status anymore.

The sig is from a segment where Howard used to ask God questions about the weather and other things. Howard would ask the question and, with proepr modulation, he would answer the question as "God." Howard questioned God "does the holy ghost wear a sheet?", to which God replied (in his echo modulated deep voice) with a simple, celestial "NO!" . To my mind, Howard's best and edgiest satire is when he attacks religion. Having God taking questions is one of his funniest innovations.

A lot of people use an online freebie called Gimp, made by Gnu/Unix, that is pretty comparable to Photoshop. It does all the same things and has a similar appearance to Photoshop, but you'll save $600 or so.
