I think it would be funny if the gang turns this whole "Tom doesn't want Sirius plugs" into using the word "Serious" in sentences when they're talk about going to satellite.
"Are you 'Serious' Robin?"
"Yes, Howard... 'SERIOUSLY.'"

If they did that, Tom's thumb would break off from hitting the button and no one would hear the show. F Tom, the douchebag.

Personally if Howard continues this, Inifinity should take him off the air until his 15 months are up. Why should they promote a competitor when they are losing the crown jewel of their empire in Howard. Or Sirius better buy boatloads of advertising to keep them happy.

they had a good run with Howard, I'm sure Mel want's an amicable parting....plus they'd probably lose tens of millions in advertising in 15 months....K-Rock is gonna sink like a fucking rock, and Tom won't have a job, should be interesting.

Howard's company may have "Supported" him, but they didn't FIGHT for him. Like going down to congress and testifying against the indecency bill. They made the bed they're laying in.
But none of it REALLY matters and they don't REALLY care the way Tom makes it seem. This is because the rich people who own broadcast radio will shift their ownership interest over to sat radio when it's time. Or over to the network with the highest rated reality show. Rich people never really "Lose" in the way we think about losing. They'll lose out on the equivilant of 1 dollar to us, and then make our equivelant of TEN dollars in their new ventures. They see everything coming and they know exactly what to do and when to do it, in order to keep loss at a minimum, which like I said, is one step back and then ten steps forward.
