A NOTE TO SIRIUS EXECUTIVES:
You are in possession of one of the world's all-time best marketers and PR manipulators... namely Howard Stern. To not use him to promote the company during its current time of need is irresponsible at best. You have an obligation to share holders. Act now.

In fairness to SiriusXM i think the problem might be with Stern
We have many times heard Stern complain about having to do Letterman who is based in the same city with him.
Stern doesn't like to sell himself anymore.
He is on a pay service and his guarenteed yearly salary is not based on ratings.
He did have extra salary tied to stock performance but i have to believe that he cashed that in as soon as he could.
We would be hearing a ranting and raving Howard Stern right now if he hadn't, so he's all set.
He's just standing around with the ball in his hands, waiting for the shot clock to hit zero.
It's over for satellite. :(
Don't worry though,Stern will positively get a mega deal from CBS radio to make his triumphant return to save terestrial radio.
Just look at the deal Rush got and add another hundred million.

After Sirius, if he moves to terrestrial I am boycotting his product- no more for me.

I'm sure some people we'll say that but after 5 minutes of trying to find something to listen to you'll be back. :)

i might argue that howard is the only one who has been doing any selling. i have never heard of eminem, martha stewart, jamie foxx or anyone else on any other channel doing even the smallest PR for themselves or the company. im happy all of the channels are there, but howard has been the only personality aside from bubba who has even brought the name sirius to the mass media
